Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of Tap n Bill, provided by Ijuhu Inc.

1. Use of Service

Tap n Bill is provided for restaurant, cafe, billing, ordering, KOT, QR menu, inventory, and reporting operations. You are responsible for keeping account access, passwords, PINs, outlet data, and device access secure.

2. Business Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of outlet details, menu items, taxes, prices, bills, customer information, inventory entries, and payment status. Backup your data before upgrades, resets, restores, or major configuration changes.

3. Payments and Billing

Tap n Bill records payment type and status for operational use. Actual payment collection, settlement, tax compliance, GST reporting, and statutory filings remain your responsibility.

4. Devices and Printing

Bluetooth and thermal printer behavior depends on browser, Android, device, and printer compatibility. Ijuhu Inc does not guarantee that every printer or device will support all printing features.

5. Data Privacy

Customer names, phone numbers, order history, and outlet data should be collected and used only for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

6. Availability

The service may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting issues, network outages, device failures, browser restrictions, or third-party service interruptions. Keep operational backups for critical business use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ijuhu Inc is not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, loss of profits, data loss, billing errors, tax errors, printer failures, or misuse of the system.

8. Changes

Ijuhu Inc may update these terms and the application features from time to time. Continued use of Tap n Bill means you accept the updated terms.
